Your customer pays the fee for sending their payment. Sending on this network usually costs a fraction of a cent. Passing the payment on to you costs a second fee, which comes out of the platform fee as far as that covers it and otherwise out of the payment. The exact figure is recorded on every payout.
A shortfall within the tolerance you set still counts as paid, and anything bigger can be topped up while the rate is locked or accepted by you from the charge page. A payment that arrives up to 3 hours after the charge expired is still recorded, for you to accept.
